Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20–30 drops (about 0.7–1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Tinctures may also be taken directly.
Precautions re: All Other: Important safety information - contains camphor - please read before use. Lavandin naturally contains more camphor than true lavender. Infants and children: do NOT use it on or around infants or children under 6 years old - camphor can suppress breathing in young children. Seizures / respiratory sensitivity: avoid it if you have a seizure disorder or are sensitive to strong aromatic vapors. Pregnancy / nursing: do NOT use it during pregnancy, and consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use if you are breastfeeding, since camphor can cross to the baby. Allergy / dose: lavender can cause skin irritation or allergy in sensitive people; keep to the suggested serving and short-term use. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. Excessive consumption may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery.
Storage: Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
