Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20–30 drops (about 0.7–1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Tinctures may also be taken directly. Second suggested use text on page: Adults, 10 to 20 drops in 2 oz of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dark place.

Excessive consumption may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Safety information: She Chuang Zi (Cnidium monnieri fruit) is traditionally described as acrid, bitter, warm and slightly toxic. Use only small amounts, short-term, and preferably under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. The fruit contains osthole and furanocoumarins (such as bergapten), which can cause photosensitivity - avoid strong sun, tanning beds and UV exposure while using it. High or prolonged doses may stress the liver; do not exceed the suggested serving or use long-term without supervision. May cause mild digestive upset (bitter taste, stomach discomfort). Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Not for use by children. If you take any medication or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use. This tincture contains 48% alcohol by volume.
