Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20-30 drops (about 0.7-1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Tinctures may also be taken directly.
Precautions re: All Other: Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. Excessive consumption may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Fringe tree bark is not right for everyone. The bark naturally contains saponins, and traditional sources note that larger amounts can bring on nausea or digestive upset, so stay within the suggested serving and do not take more than directed. If you have an existing liver or gallbladder condition, and particularly if you are known to have gallstones, do not self-treat with this or any herbal product - work with a qualified healthcare practitioner.
