Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20–30 drops (about 0.7–1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Glycerites may also be taken directly.

Use tarragon extract in moderation and do not exceed the suggested serving. Tarragon naturally contains estragole (methyl chavicol), which regulatory bodies regard as potentially genotoxic at high concentrations; use modestly rather than in large amounts or for long, continuous periods, and avoid tarragon essential oil. Do not use this product during pregnancy or while nursing, or consult a qualified healthcare practitioner first. If you take any medication or have a medical condition (or are allergic to plants in the daisy family), consult your physician before use.
