Formulation re: Does NOT Contain: Formulated without alcohol, gluten, fragrances, or any artificial and natural colors.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20–30 drops (about 0.7–1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Glycerites may also be taken directly.
Precautions re: All Other: Anthraquinones: the seed contains anthraquinones (such as emodin and aurantio-obtusin) that have a laxative effect and, with heavy or long-term use, may burden the liver, kidneys, and digestive system. Keep to the suggested serving, do not exceed it, and use it short-term rather than continuously. Pregnancy / nursing: avoid use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
