Product Specific Information: Alcohol tincture of wild lettuce herb (Lactuca virosa) and passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata aerial parts) extracted together in equal parts. Extract type: Alcohol tincture. Origin: Responsibly sourced botanicals (wild lettuce from Albania, passionflower from France).
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well before use. Put the number of drops shown on the label into a little water or juice and drink it, up to the frequency shown on the label. Do not exceed the label serving, and do not use it for long periods without a practitioner. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking it. Store in a cool, dark place with the cap tight.
Precautions re: All Other: This blend causes drowsiness, must not be taken in more than the label serving, and is for adults only. Drowsiness: both herbs can cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking it. Do not combine with alcohol, sleeping pills, benzodiazepines, sedative antihistamines or other products that slow the nervous system. Do not exceed the label serving: wild lettuce in large amounts has caused dilated pupils, rapid heartbeat, restlessness, blurred vision and difficulty urinating. Stop and seek medical help if any of these occur. Not an opiate: wild lettuce contains no opioid compounds and is not a painkiller. Pregnancy / nursing: do not use. Passionflower can stimulate the uterus. Surgery: stop use at least two weeks before scheduled surgery or anesthesia. Antidepressants: do not combine with MAO-inhibitor antidepressants. Allergies: avoid if you are allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums or daisies. Age and duration: adults only; not for long-term use. Contains alcohol. Keep out of reach of children.
