Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well before use. Put the number of drops shown on the label into a little water, juice or tea and drink it, up to the frequency shown on the label. Do not exceed the label serving. Refrigerate after opening and use within the period printed on the label.
Precautions re: All Other: Not for emergencies: this is an herbal product. It must never replace a prescribed inhaler or any breathing medication. Liquorice root can raise blood pressure, lower potassium and cause fluid retention or an irregular heartbeat with regular use. Do not use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease or low potassium. Do not combine liquorice with diuretics, digoxin, corticosteroids or blood-pressure medication without your doctor. Red ginseng may reduce the effect of warfarin, and ginger may slow blood clotting; stop use at least two weeks before surgery. Pregnancy / nursing: do not use. Ginseng may lower blood sugar. Do not combine ginseng with MAOI antidepressants; avoid if you have a hormone-sensitive condition. Consult your doctor before using ginger if you have gallstones. Use for no more than four weeks at a time; take earlier in the day. Not for children. Keep out of reach of children.
