Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 10–15 drops (about 0.5 ml) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 3 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Glycerites may also be taken directly.

Toxic plant: all parts of pokeweed (Phytolacca americana) are poisonous, and the root is the most potent part. This is a low-dose practitioner herb, NOT a casual daily supplement. Dose: never exceed the label serving of 1-3 drops, up to 3-4 times a day. Count the drops - do NOT take it by the dropperful. Do not use for extended periods. Overdose signs: nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, weakness, low blood pressure. Stop use and seek medical attention or call Poison Control (1-800-222-1222 in the USA) immediately. Pregnancy / nursing: do NOT use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Children and teenagers: do NOT give it to anyone under 18. Medications and conditions: if you take any medication or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Do not use it to self-treat any medical condition - see a qualified doctor instead.
