Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one half serving (1 capsule) first thing in the morning, with or without food. After evaluating tolerance, consumers may take up to one full serving (2 capsules) daily. NEVER exceed the maximum suggested serving size. Use as part of a healthy diet and exercise program.†
