Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one serving (4 capsules) in the morning, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dosage in a 24-hour period. This product should be taken for a minimum of 4 weeks immediately following your cycle and is safe for both men and women. Use as part of a healthy diet and exercise program.†
