Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 8oz to 12 oz of cold water, either before, during, or after workout, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. On non-training days, take one (1) scoop first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Use up to 30 minutes BEFORE your workout.
