Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: DIRECTIONS FOR USE: IMMUNE HEALTH: Mix 1mL (1/4 tsp) in warm water and swallow twice daily. ORAL HEALTH: Mix 0.5mL (1/8 tsp) in water, rinse around mouth and swallow twice daily.
