Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well before use. Adults take up to 20 drops (1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 3-4 fl oz of juice or water, up to 3 times a day.
Precautions re: All Other: This is soy. Do not use it if you are allergic to soy. It is a fermented preparation, so the exact ingredients vary between makers. Soy isoflavones act weakly like oestrogen - take advice first if you have a hormone-sensitive condition or take tamoxifen or thyroid medication. Not for use in pregnancy.
