Who We Are
Reverse Age Lab ("RAL," "we," "us") is an information service. We aggregate public research, summarize reviews, and surface third-party offers. We do not diagnose, treat, or sell third-party products. RAL is a brand of Global Advisory Group, LLC DBA Reverse Age Lab.
Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the site, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refunds & Guarantees Policy, and Disclosures (collectively, the "Agreement").
No Medical Advice, No Outcome Guarantees
Content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. We make no guarantees of changes to biological age or any health outcome. You should consult your physician before taking any products / supplements.
Subscriptions; Auto-Renewal; Pricing
Plans bill annually in advance and renew each year until canceled. You authorize recurring annual charges at the then-current rate. We will notify you of material price changes in advance. You may cancel anytime (see Refunds & Guarantees) and your plan will remain active throughout the paid period. support@reverseagelab.net
Content, Lists & Ordering Transparency
We may present lists, filters, sort orders, or badges. Inclusion and ordering may reflect our scoring rubric and/or commercial relationships (see Disclosures). We strive to include neutral/negative evidence where available.
Third-Party Links & Purchases
Purchases on external sites are between you and the seller. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for fulfillment, returns, or product issues.
Reviews & User Content
You are responsible for your submissions. No fake, paid-for, or misleading reviews. We may moderate for fraud or violations and do not suppress compliant negative feedback.
Intellectual Property
All RAL content and compilations are owned by RAL or licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at amounts you paid to RAL in the 12 months before the claim.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver (U.S./Canada) - a) Informal Dispute Resolution (Notice & Cure — Required).

a) Before filing arbitration
you must submit a Notice of Dispute via our online form or to support@reverseagelab.net, with your name, account email, a description of the claim, and the relief sought. We will attempt in good faith to resolve within 60 days, including by refund or credit where appropriate.
b) Binding Arbitration (JAMS Consumer Rules)
If unresolved, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• Seat / Venue: New York County, New York.
• Governing Law: New York law, without regard to conflicts rules
• Hearings: Remote by default or, at your request, in your county of residence
• Fees: Each party pays its own attorneys' fees unless a statute provides otherwise; RAL pays all JAMS administrative/arbitrator fees beyond the first $200 you pay to initiate (reimbursed if you prevail)
c) Class/Collective Waiver
Claims must be brought individually; the arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party.
d) Small-Claims Option
Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration.
e) Mass-Arbitration Management (Batching, Bellwethers, Fee Deferral)
If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed by or with the same counsel:
1. Bellwethers: 10 randomly selected cases proceed first.
2. Abeyance: Remaining cases are held in abeyance.
3. Mediation: After bellwethers conclude, the parties will mediate remaining claims.
4. Batches: Unresolved claims proceed in successive batches of 20.
5. Fee Deferral: Provider filing/administrative fees for non-bellwethers are stayed until each batch is activated.
Non-U.S./Canada Users
For users outside the U.S./Canada, disputes are finally resolved by ICC arbitration by one arbitrator under the ICC Rules. Seat: London. Governing law: Laws of England & Wales. Remote hearings permitted. Small-claims carve-out where available.
Governing Law; Venue
Where a court proceeding is permitted, the exclusive venue is state or federal courts in New York County, New York, and New York law governs.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.

Refunds & Guarantees Effective date: 09/01/2025 Applies to: RAL subscription service fees only (not third-party products).
1) Annual billing: No Mid-Term Refunds (Prorated Plans are billed annually in advance. You may cancel anytime; your plan remains active throughout the paid year. No mid-term or pro-rata refunds are provided.
2) 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (End-of-Term Refund). If, after completing your first paid 12-month term, you are not satisfied with RAL, we will refund 100% of your first annual subscription fee upon request.
• Eligibility: First annual term only; one refund per person/household/payment method. Account must remain in good standing for the entire term.
• How to claim: Email support@reverseagelab.net within 30 days after the term ends with your account email and order ID.
• What's refunded: RAL service fee paid to RAL. Third-party product costs are excluded
• Timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
3) Offsetting Benefits (Coupons/Credits). If you redeemed member-only coupons/instant credits during the term, RAL may deduct their face value from an end-of-term refund to prevent unjust enrichment.
4) How to Cancel. Go to Account → Billing → Manage plan → Cancel or email support@reverseagelab.net Cancellation is effective immediately; access continues through the paid period.
Disclosures
A) Affiliate & Compensation Disclosure. Some links on RAL are affiliate links. If you click and purchase, we may earn a commission. Compensation may influence inclusion or ordering; see our Methodology & Ranking page. Our reviews are our own; we present neutral/negative evidence where available.
B) Methodology & Ranking (Evidence Summary). We identify human vs. animal/in-vitro studies, specify biological-age tests used (named clocks), populations, durations, and formulations/doses. Where studies report reductions, we show effect sizes with context; where studies show stabilization or no effect, we state that. Badges/sorts are explained on the Methodology page; no "Best/Top" labels without a published scoring rubric.
C) Savings Disclosure. Any stated savings are based on documented comparisons to public prices during a defined window and reflect typical member experience; see Savings Methodology for data sources and calculations.
D) Communications Consent. By providing your phone/email, you consent to receive marketing messages from RAL. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS; click unsubscribe for email.
