Accessibility Statement
Reverse Age Lab wants everyone to be able to use this website and the member dashboard, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard alone, a larger text size or high contrast. We measure ourselves against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we have done
- Lettering and the backgrounds behind it are checked for contrast on every page, in both the light and the dark look of the site.
- Every form field has a label a screen reader can speak, and every button and link has a name.
- The whole site, including the protocol, the research tools and Rala chat, works with a keyboard alone.
- Headings run in order, so a page can be skimmed by its sections.
- Pictures that carry meaning have a text description; decorative ones are skipped by screen readers.
- Text can be enlarged to 200 percent without anything being cut off, and nothing on the site flashes.
- Rala can be used by voice as well as by typing.
Where there may still be gaps
We test with automated checkers and by hand, and we fix what we find, but a few things sit outside our full control:
- The cookie consent window and embedded videos come from other companies and follow their accessibility work.
- Product labels and test results that members upload are read by Rala, but the original pictures and PDFs are whatever the maker or the laboratory produced.
- Articles written before 2026 are being brought up to the same standard page by page.
Tell us when something is in the way
If any part of the site is hard to use, email support@reverseagelab.net with the page address and what went wrong. We answer within two business days and, where we cannot fix the page quickly, we will get you the same information another way.
