How Rala grades supplements

Reverse Age Lab sells no supplements. Rala, our patent pending AI, reads the human studies, thousands of real reviews and what serious biohackers take, grades every product on six evidence tiers, and builds one daily protocol for each person from their own health profile. This page explains exactly how.

Three sources, read in real time

  • Human studies. Published clinical research on the ingredient, not the brand. Animal and cell studies are noted but never count as proof.
  • Real reviews. Thousands of consumer reviews per product, summarized for what people actually report. A product needs 66 percent or more positive reviews to reach the top tier.
  • Biohacker evidence. A fixed panel of ten well known biohackers, read across their videos, podcasts, sites and posts. For every ingredient we count how many of them recommend it, one vote each, and keep what each one said. The count is shown on the product and scored separately, so it never masquerades as a study.

The engine works at the ingredient level. A study on calcium AKG applies to every product that contains it, so a brand name never substitutes for evidence.

The six evidence tiers

T1 Studied

Human studies show measurable biological age reversal or rejuvenation on accepted biomarkers, and 66 percent or more of real reviews are positive.

T2 Researched

Human studies show improvement in an aging related function or a specific goal, and the reviews agree.

T3 Reviewed

Strong review consensus with limited or early human study support.

T4 Emerging

Promising mechanism or animal data, thin human evidence, mixed reviews.

T5 Not Endorsed

Evidence contradicts the claims, or reviews are negative.

T6 Pending

Not yet researched. The engine grades it the first time a member asks.

Within a tier, products are ranked by the strength of the evidence and the review consensus, then carry a biohacker count: how many of the panel recommend the ingredients inside. Every product page shows its tier, its rank, the studies and reviews behind them, and a summary of what the biohackers say.

From evidence to a daily protocol

  1. A member fills in a health profile: goals, health history, supplements, medications, conditions, diet and exercise, and uploads blood work and other test results, which the protocol is compared against.
  2. A central orchestrator checks the goal makes sense and fills in missing context, then dispatches specialized agents to gather product data, human studies and reviews.
  3. A verification agent cross checks what the agents found and flags conflicts instead of hiding them. This is how the system avoids confident nonsense.
  4. The protocol is assembled by timing block: on waking, with the first meal, with the last meal, before sleep, as needed. It includes timing rationale, fasting and autophagy windows, synergies, negative combinations, redundancies and multifunction products.
  5. The member approves or rejects each product. The protocol re-derives whenever a supplement, medication, ailment, goal or lab result changes.

The method is the subject of US patent application 19/310,703, filed August 26, 2025, and assigned to Global Advisory Group, LLC.

What we do not do

  • We sell no supplements and carry no inventory, so there is no product to push.
  • We do not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician. Rala labels the strength of evidence, never invents a source, and never starts, stops or changes a medication.
  • We do not rank by brand, popularity or price. Evidence first, reviews second, biohackers third.

Who stands behind it

Reverse Age Lab was built by Robert DeuPree, fifteen years CEO of Sunfood Superfoods, who follows his own protocol and at 60 has a measured biological age of 45. Try the method on a product you already take with the free research tool, or build your own protocol with a 7 day free trial.
