By the Numbers
What Rala reads that your AI doesn't before we build your Protocol!
Reverse Age Lab sells no supplements. Rala, our patent pending AI, reads the human studies, the real reviews and what the top 10 biohackers actually say, then consolidates all of it into one daily protocol built from your own health profile. Here is how much that is.
Studies, Trials & Reviews
The research on the ingredient, the reviews on the bottle
Rala searches PubMed, the National Library of Medicine's index of medical research, at the ingredient level, so a study on calcium AKG applies to every product that contains it. Then it reads the consumer reviews on Amazon, iHerb, Walmart and the brand's own site for the product itself. A study says what an ingredient can do; the reviews say whether this bottle delivers it. Animal and cell studies are noted but never count as proof.
23.7 million
Studies in humans
Not mice, not cells. People. 1.04 million of them are clinical trials, the strongest single kind of evidence.
221,729
Human studies on supplements and nutrients
Dietary supplements, vitamins, micronutrients, plant extracts and probiotics.
43,624
Supplement trials, systematic reviews and meta-analyses
The top of the evidence pyramid for supplements.
121,959
Supplement products on the US market
Every one of them can be graded. Counted from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database; the FDA puts the market at about 100,000 products.
80 million+
Consumer reviews on those products, estimated
Across Amazon, iHerb, Walmart and brand sites. A low estimate: the product count times the 655 reviews a typical product carries.

A fixed panel of the top 10 biohackers, read in full: their videos, podcasts, sites and posts. Rala extracts every statement about a supplement, a practice or a goal and files it by topic with the dose, timing and stance. Weekly sweeps pick up everything new.

Build My Protocol - 7 Day Free TrialCounts checked September 21, 2026. Study counts come from PubMed searches on human studies, clinical trials, systematic reviews and meta-analyses. The product count is the on-market labels in the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database, and the review estimate is that count times the reviews a typical graded product carries. The library figures come from our own database. See how Rala grades supplements.
