Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective 7 October 2026. This policy covers the health information Reverse Age Lab (Global Advisory Group, LLC) collects and how residents of Washington, Nevada and other states with consumer health data laws can use their rights. It sits alongside our full Privacy Policy. Reverse Age Lab is an educational wellness service, not a medical provider.
The health information we collect, and why
- Your health profile: age, sex, height, weight and build, pregnancy or breastfeeding, goals, sleep, diet and meal log, exercise, the supplements and medications you list, allergies and any health notes. We use it to build and update your daily protocol.
- Lab results you choose to upload. We use them to compare your nutrient totals with your measured levels and to show your results over time.
- Wearable readings, such as steps, weight, sleep and heart rate, only if you connect a device. We use them on your dashboard.
- What you type or say to Rala about your health, so she can answer you. Voice is not recorded.
- What we work out from the above: your protocol, nutrient totals, targets, and flags for overlaps or conflicts between products.
- Which pages of our site you visit, which can suggest a health interest. We use this to run the site, and, only if you accept, to measure advertising.
We collect this health information only to provide the membership and features you ask for. Anything beyond that, such as advertising cookies, happens only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it comes from
- From you, in the health profile, uploads, scans and messages.
- From a wearable device, only if you connect it through our wearable partner.
- From your browser, through the cookies and similar tools described in our Privacy Policy, and only those you allow.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process it on our instructions, to run the service, and may not use it for themselves:
- Google runs the AI models behind Rala and the protocol builder; your profile, product labels and messages are sent to it to be processed and answered.
- Vercel hosts the website and stores uploaded files such as lab reports and product photos.
- Neon hosts our database.
- Upstash runs background jobs such as product research.
- Stripe takes payments; we never see or store your full card number.
- Resend sends account and service emails.
- Klaviyo sends the newsletter, only if you sign up for it.
- Junction connects a wearable device, only if you connect one.
- CookieYes shows the cookie window and records your choice.
Advertising and affiliate partners, only if you accept advertising cookies: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Reddit, Google Ads, Impact (affiliate network), Affiliate Health Network. They receive which pages of our site you visit and, when you start a trial or pay, that event. They never receive your health profile, lab results, supplement list or conversations with Rala. With your consent, these partners may collect information about your activity over time and across other websites, through their own tools. Without it, they collect nothing on our site.
We have no affiliated companies that receive this information.
What we never do
- We never sell consumer health data.
- We never use location to target people near health care facilities (geofencing).
- We never use your health information for advertising beyond the page visits described above, and only with your consent.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and give you access to it.
- Give you a list of every third party and affiliate we have shared it with, and how to reach them.
- Delete it. We delete it from our systems and tell our service providers to delete it too; copies in backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.
- Withdraw your consent to any collection or sharing that needs it, such as advertising cookies.
Email support@reverseagelab.net from the address on your account, or use the contact form. We confirm it is you, answer within 45 days, and tell you if we need up to 45 more days. Using these rights costs nothing and does not change how we treat you.
Appeals. If we decline a request, reply to our answer with the word "Appeal". A person who did not make the first decision reviews it and answers within 45 days. If we still decline, Washington residents can contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint, and Nevada residents the Nevada Attorney General at ag.nv.gov.
Changes
We post any change here with a new effective date and, for material changes, email members before the change takes effect. If a change would let us use or share consumer health data in a new way, we will ask for your consent first.
