Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well before use. Adults take up to 20 drops (1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 3–4 fl oz of juice or water, up to 3 times a day.
Precautions re: All Other: Bitter orange peel contains synephrine, which can raise heart rate and blood pressure. Do not use if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, do not combine it with stimulants or caffeine, and do not use it during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children. Not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are taking any medication, have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Discontinue use if an adverse reaction occurs. Do not use if the tamper seal is broken or missing. Store tightly capped in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
