Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Ages 4 to 8: One (1) gummy per day; Ages 9 to 13: Two (2) gummies per day. Not formulated for use in children less than 4 years of age. Do not exceed suggested use. Instruct your child to chew each gummy until fully dissolved before swallowing.
