Key actives are provided in high-absorption forms, including liposomal vitamin C and chelated minerals, at effective doses. The balanced zinc to copper ratio makes it suitable for long-term use, providing comprehensive year-round support for adults and children aged 5+. With a natural citrus-vanilla taste and smoothie texture, it's delicious mixed into a drink, added to yoghurt or straight from a spoon.
Product Specific Information: Shake bottle well before using. Do not take on an empty stomach. Mix into water, milk or yogurt, or take straight from a spoon. Large doses of vitamin C may, in some cases, be mildly acidic on the stomach. For those who may be particularly sensitive to vitamin C, it is recommended to divide the daily dose between morning and evening and dilute with liquid.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Adults and children aged 14+: 15 ml (3 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 9 to 13 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 5 to 8 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Do not exceed the stated dose.
