Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Use our Sitz Bath in the bathtub or with a Sitz Bath kit that fits over your toilet. If using the kit, follow those instructions as needed. Bathtub users will make sure the tub is thoroughly cleaned. Fill your tub with 3-4 inches of warm or cool water, depending on your healthcare providers recommendations. Sitz Kit users will add 2 tbsp. of salt. Bathtub users will add 1/2 cup of salt. Once water has reached your preferred temperature, gently lower your perineum (space between your anus and vulva) down into the water. Water should be deep enough to cover entire area. Soak for 15-20 minutes. Use 3-4 times daily, or as needed.

Storage: Store in cool, dark, and dry environment when not in use.
