Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Steep 1-3 cups a day, by steeping tea in 1 cup of 98° water for 4-6 minutes. Ice it: Steep tea double strength for at least 5 minutes. Top with a heaping cup of ice. Sweeten to taste and add a squeeze of lemon, if desired. Cold-brew: Brew it overnight with cold water
