Product Specific Information: Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer is a topical gel activated by your elevated heart rate to increase sweat, warm-up muscles faster, and make workouts feel better. Can be used during cardio, weight lifting, circuit training, HIIT, Pilates, yoga, spin, and dry or infrared saunas. Achieve a more efficient workout, increased motivation, and get better results with every use.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Before exercising or using a sauna, apply a thin layer of Sweet Sweat gel on your skin, without rubbing it in, covering all target areas. Exercise as usual, then wipe off with a towel before showering.
