Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 single-serve packet (7 mL) daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. Best taken on an empty stomach. Tear at notched end and drink straight or mix with cold water, juice or yogurt. Do not machine blend. Store in cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and/or other heat sources.
