Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: SUGGESTED USE: Amino Energy Boost: Mix 1 scoop with 8 Oz. water as desired. Pre-workout: Mix 2 scoops with 8-12 oz. water 15-30 minutes before workout. Use 1 scoop to assess stimulant tolerance before using 2 scoops.
