Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Berocca can be taken every day throughout the year, but should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Drop 1 tablet in a glass of water, leave to fizz, enjoy. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 tablet.
Precautions re: All Other: Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for people with kidney problems. Keep product and empty tube out of the sight and reach of young children.
