Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Suggested Use: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 10-12 ounces of water and drink 20-30 minutes before exercising. Due to PRE's high-stim formula, start with 1/2 scoop to assess your tolerance.
