Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20–30 drops (about 0.7–1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Tinctures may also be taken directly.
Precautions re: All Other: She Gan (blackberry lily rhizome) should be used only in small amounts, short-term, and preferably under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. The raw plant is considered poisonous if eaten, and the herb is traditionally used only in controlled amounts. Do not exceed the suggested serving, and do not use it for extended periods. Do not use if you have loose stools or diarrhea - it can cause watery diarrhea. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Not for use by children. Keep out of reach of children. If you take any medication or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use. This tincture contains 48% alcohol by volume. Discontinue use and seek advice if any adverse reaction occurs. Excessive consumption may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery.
