Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20-30 drops (about 0.7-1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Tinctures may also be taken directly.
Precautions re: All Other: Pregnancy / nursing: as a precaution, do NOT use it during pregnancy - the herb has a traditional blood-moving reputation, which classical sources advise avoiding in pregnancy - and consult your practitioner before use while breastfeeding. Do not exceed the serving: at large amounts, mild and usually temporary effects such as a lowered white-blood-cell count, dizziness, or nausea have been noted, so keep to the suggested amount and to short-term use. Mustard family: this is a Brassicaceae plant; if you have known sensitivities, introduce it cautiously. Contains alcohol. Keep out of reach of children. Safety: If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. Excessive consumption may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery.
