Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well before use. Put the number of drops shown on the label into a little water, juice or tea and drink it, up to the frequency shown on the label. Do not exceed the label serving. Refrigerate after opening and use within the period printed on the label.
Precautions re: All Other: Autoimmune conditions and immune-suppressing medication: astragalus may increase immune activity. Do not use if you have an autoimmune condition such as lupus, multiple sclerosis or rheumatoid arthritis, or if you take immunosuppressants, including after an organ transplant. Blood thinners: nettle leaf is rich in vitamin K and may reduce the effect of warfarin. Consult your doctor if you take any blood thinner, and stop use at least two weeks before surgery. Pregnancy / nursing: do not use. Lithium and diuretics: nettle has a mild diuretic effect and may change how the body handles lithium and water pills - consult your doctor. Blood pressure and blood sugar: nettle may lower both - monitor if you take medication for either. Allergies: do not use if you are allergic to nettle-family (Urticaceae) plants. See a doctor: this blend is not a replacement for any prescribed medication. Age: not for children. If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use. Do not use it to self-treat any medical condition - see a qualified doctor instead.
