Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20–30 drops (about 0.7–1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Tinctures may also be taken directly.
Precautions re: All Other: Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. Excessive consumption may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Contains alcohol. Erythrina bark naturally contains plant alkaloids of the erythrina group. Erythrina alkaloids: at high, concentrated doses these can have curare-like effects on the muscles. They are found mainly in the seeds; in the bark they are present in low amounts and are poorly absorbed - so keep to the suggested serving and do not exceed it. Bark, not seeds: this product uses only the bark; the toxic red seeds are not used. Pregnancy: do NOT use during pregnancy. Nursing: no safety data - avoid use or consult a qualified healthcare practitioner. Medication / surgery: if you take any medication, especially muscle relaxants or sedatives, or are scheduled for surgery or anesthesia, talk to a qualified healthcare practitioner before use.
Storage: Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
