Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: One tablespoon two times daily is suggested. The cloudy layer in the oil is unique to this blend. To obtain its benefits, shake bottle gently before each use. Do not heat or use this product for frying. This product is best utilized if taken with meals. Do not take with fiber supplements. Product should be refrigerated.
Precautions re: All Other: Those taking anticoagulant drugs like Coumadin® (warfarin) should inform their doctor that they are taking GLA, EPA, or DHA supplements, as the physician may want to adjust the dose of anticoagulant medication based on tests that measure coagulation factors such as template bleeding time.
Storage: Product should be refrigerated.
