Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Stir 1 tablespoon of CVF into 6-8 oz of a beverage or mix into cereal or soup. Mix well until completely dissolved. Use 2-3 times daily. CVF can be blended into cakes, muffins, cookie mixes, bread crumbs, ground beef, casseroles rice or potatoes. CVF may be used at breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
