Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: As an adult dietary supplement, start off with 1/2 to 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Mix with 8-12 oz of water, or to desired taste, and consume 20-30 minutes prior to any workout or exercise. Once tolerance is established, experienced users may increase to a maximum of two (2) scoops. DO NOT exceed 2 scoops in any 1 day!
