Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one serving (3 capsules) in the morning with your first meal or protein shake. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily. Shredded Steel® can be combined with Steel Bum™ Steel Core®, and/or Steel Slim™ for a more customized weight loss solution. Do not take Shredded Steel® within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Regular exercise and proper nutrition are essential for achieving your weight loss goals. As individuals vary so may results from using this product.
Precautions re: All Other: Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. This product is only intended for healthy adults, 18 years of age or older. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
