Product Specific Information: Only Viviscal supplements include AminoMar collagen complex (1072 mg per serving).
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: For best results, take 2 tablets daily for 3-6 months. Best taken with water after a meal. Viviscal tablets are easy to swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
