Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Use per the 14-day schedule: 30 minutes after your first meal of the day, Detox Tea; 30 minutes before your mid-day meal, Garcinia Cambogia with Green Tea; after your last meal of the day, Sleep Tea. One tea bag makes 8 fl. oz.
