Vitamin C is at the studied dose of 500 mg a day. In people with heart artery disease, 500 mg daily for 30 days improved arm artery widening compared with placebo [1]. In adults with type 2 diabetes it reduced artery stiffness [2], and in obese children it restored forearm vessel widening [3]. A review covering 6409 people found mixed results and no overall effect on artery stiffness [4]. Tomato products improved vessel widening in a review of 21 trials [5], though one trial in overweight adults found no change in artery stiffness [6]. Citrus flavonoids improved vessel widening across eight trials [7], but two six-week trials in overweight adults found no change [PMID:42605853, PMID:27797708]. Grape seed extract lowered artery stiffness in a pooled analysis [8] but did not change vessel widening in another [9]; one serving gives a third of the 300 mg studied, and members are told to take three servings a day. One serving gives 50 micrograms of menaquinone-7, below the 180 micrograms that reduced aortic stiffness in postmenopausal women [10]; members are told to take three servings a day, and a trial at 100 micrograms in older people with vascular disease found no benefit [11]. Melon juice concentrate has no human studies. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

I could not find genuine customer reviews for this exact product, so I can't honestly report real customer themes. The retailer pages I reached had none. The eBay listing showed "No ratings or reviews yet". The Amazon results were for other Dr. Sinatra products. The Healthy Directions pages were marketing copy and email promotions, not reviews. A database entry suggests the product was discontinued around 2020, and that would also explain why few reviews are indexed. Writing a summary of customer praise and complaints for this product would mean inventing feedback, so I haven't done it. Here is what I can say. - **Brand-level feedback.** One aggregator says it analyzed 5,257 Amazon reviews across Dr. Sinatra products and found an average rating of 4.4. That covers the whole brand, not this product, and it says nothing about what customers liked or disliked. - **What buyers should weigh.** The evidence for K2 is mixed, and some randomized trials found no change in calcification. The vitamin K and blood-thinner interaction matters. The product may be hard to find, and resellers charge a premium. - **Better sources for real reviews.** Look at drugstore, Healthy Directions or Amazon pages for the current MK-7 or circulation products. Look for reviews of Dr. Sinatra's standalone MK-7 K2 softgel, which has a published formula of 180 mcg per softgel. If you can share review text or a specific retailer page, I can summarize the actual themes.
Biohacker Summary
Members Only10 of 10 recommend it
Vitamin K and vitamin C are both main ingredients here, and the panel leans toward recommending or using them. For vitamin K, mostly as K2, four of the panel take it daily, with doses of 90 to 100 micrograms in the morning for general health or longevity, and one of them names the MK-7 form. Others recommend K2 for bone health and calcium handling, often paired with vitamin D, and one suggests a much higher daily amount of 40 to 45 milligrams for osteoporosis. One panelist calls K2 crucial for artery health, naming the MK-4 and MK-7 forms. For vitamin C, most recommend it for collagen, skin, joints and immune support, often taken with collagen, while one cautions that high doses might blunt the benefits of exercise and that the best dose is unsettled, and one stopped using a vitamin C skin serum because of its smell. Tomato is a smaller ingredient in this product, and views on it are mixed, with some praising it and one warning about its sugar.

Body systems: Cardiovascular system
Combine with: This formula pairs vitamin K2 (MK-7), which helps direct calcium into bones and away from arterial walls, with nattokinase, a fibrinolytic enzyme that supports healthy circulation and normal clot breakdown. To build on it, consider magnesium (glycinate or citrate) for vascular relaxation and calcium handling, vitamin D3 to support calcium metabolism alongside K2, and omega-3 fish oil (EPA/DHA) for endothelial and triglyceride support. L-citrulline or L-arginine can support nitric oxide production and vasodilation, CoQ10 (ubiquinol) supports cardiac energy and vascular health, and pomegranate or beet extract adds nitrate and polyphenol support. Caution: nattokinase has blood-thinning effects, and vitamin K2 can interact with a med. People taking meds or antiplatelet drugs (including high-dose fish oil, a med, or ginkgo) or facing surgery should consult a physician before combining.
Possible side effects: No major side effects reported. Vitamin K can interact with meds.
