This gummy's main ingredients have not been well tested for blood flow at the doses it gives. Vitamin C has the most research, but this product gives 100 mg a day, below the 500 mg a day that helped in studies. In people with heart artery disease, 500 mg daily for 30 days improved artery widening in the arm compared with placebo [1]. In adults with type 2 diabetes, 500 mg daily for 4 weeks reduced artery stiffness [2]. In obese children, 500 mg daily for 45 days restored forearm vessel widening [3]. A single 2 g dose improved vessel widening in people with poor baseline function [4]. Results are not uniform, though. A large review of 6409 people found mixed results and no overall effect on artery stiffness [5]. Biotin was tested only as part of a vitamin and mineral mix at 200 micrograms, and blood flow in the smallest vessels did not change [6]. Wheat seed extract has no studies in people. One mouse study used an injected purified wheat fraction that protected tissue when blood supply was cut off, which cannot show whether a wheat extract taken by mouth helps people [7]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary

Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
0 of 10 biohackers on our panel recommend it

Vitamin C, the main ingredient, gets a mostly positive response: five of the ten panelists have a latest position of recommends, one uses it, three are neutral, and one stopped, though that person stopped a smelly vitamin C serum and still called it important for skin. The main reasons are collagen support for skin, joints and connective tissue, plus immune support, with several advising it be taken together with collagen, one an hour before a workout. Doses vary: one takes 250 mg, one suggests about a gram a day in divided doses, one takes an extra gram daily, and one suggests about 500 mg from natural food sources at the first sign of a cold. Cautions include that the best dose is unclear, that high doses might blunt some of the benefits of exercise, and that taking extra amounts has not been shown to protect against cataract. Biotin, a smaller ingredient in this product, drew a warning from one panelist that it can interfere with some hormone blood tests.
