This is an eye health formula, and none of its ingredients has been shown on its own to improve sexual function in women. Vitamin E taken by mouth has the most research, and it does not look promising. In 93 women after menopause, daily vitamin E for 8 weeks eased hot flashes but did not change sexual function scores compared with placebo [1]. In a small older trial, a high daily dose made no difference in arousal or behavior compared with placebo [2]. A vitamin E vaginal suppository improved sexual function about as much as estrogen cream, but that was a different form and there was no placebo group [3]. Benefits seen with vitamin E combined with saffron or ginseng were credited to those herbs [4][5]. The only vitamin C study mixed it with several other ingredients and did not report the dose, so it cannot show that vitamin C helped [6]. Zinc has been studied only in male rats [7]. Blood copper levels were not linked to sexual function in pregnant teenagers [8]. Lutein and zeaxanthin have not been studied for this goal. No reviews were available. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary

Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
0 of 10 biohackers on our panel recommend it

This product has no single main ingredient in the panel's statements, so the paragraph covers the ingredients that came up, all of which are smaller ingredients in this product. Vitamin C drew the most support: six of the ten recommend or use it, mainly for collagen, skin, joints, immunity and detox, and several suggest taking it with collagen, with one giving 500 mg to 1 g in a surgery setting and another pairing it with zinc. Zinc was also widely backed, with six panelists recommending or using it for testosterone, gut lining, mood, immunity, wound healing and sleep, with doses of 15 mg a day in one case and 30 mg in others, and zinc carnosine named as the gut form. The cautions were that too much zinc can lead to low copper, and one panelist stopped using a vitamin C serum over its smell and noted that supplement doses did not protect against cataract. Copper, vitamin E and zeaxanthin got only brief, mostly neutral mentions, with one panelist taking 2 mg of copper daily and another saying zeaxanthin may slow advanced macular degeneration in high-risk people.
