Vitamin D is at the studied dose, but it seems to ease tiredness mainly in people who are low in it or who have certain illnesses. In 120 tired people with low vitamin D, one large dose cut fatigue, with 72% improving versus 50% on placebo [1]. In 46 active men, a similar daily dose for 12 weeks lowered fatigue [2]. A trial of 34,157 older women found no change in energy [3]. The omega-3 fat DHA is also at the studied dose. In 115 older men, a mix with a similar amount raised vigor scores [4], and in 20 young men it reduced muscle fatigue after exercise [5]. In 159 healthy young adults, a higher dose had little effect on mental fatigue [6]. Iron helps tiredness in people low in iron, but not in people with normal iron [7], and this product gives less than the studied amounts. Magnesium is below the studied dose. Oral trials are mixed: some found less fatigue [8], others none [9]. The strongest magnesium result used injections [10]. Vitamin A, vitamin E and zinc are at trace amounts, and vitamin B12 mostly shows no energy benefit in people who are not deficient [11]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

I can't give a genuine summary of customer feedback for this product. My search returned ingredient and pricing data, not customer reviews. Any themes about taste, capsule size, or results would be invented, and you asked for feedback from real customers. The SuppCo page I found also listed no TrustScore for the product, so there was no independent rating to draw on. To get real themes, I'd need to search Ritual's own site, Amazon, Target, Reddit, and dietitian write-ups. Please rerun the request once search is available again, or paste in some reviews and I'll summarize them.

Magnesium is the main ingredient, and the panel leans favorable: four of the ten say they use it and one more recommends it, while the other five are neutral and mostly just discuss it. Sleep is the top reason, with forms named including glycinate before bed and threonate, one panelist taking 400 mg of threonate at night, and another taking it nightly as glycinate. Others use it in electrolyte drinks or cans for workout performance, one recommends it when breaking a fast to calm the brain, and one uses it during surgery for nerve protection. One panelist warns that labels on some magnesium supplements can make the dose look much larger than it really is, and another says it does not fix waking up during the night. Vitamin D, omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, vitamin E and iron are smaller ingredients in this product, and only one panelist said they stopped iron because it never raised their levels.

RAL Summary
Members OnlyTier 3 for Energy
The tier rests on an 80% improvement figure for magnesium that comes from a small trial of weekly magnesium injections in chronic fatigue syndrome, not oral magnesium like the 30 mg in this product, and the oral magnesium trials are mixed. So it is graded Tier 3, lower than the rules alone gave.
Take 3 servings a day (6 capsules) to match the dose that worked in the studies.
Where the evidence disagrees: 87 of the 220 human studies found no effect.

Body systems: Nervous system, Musculoskeletal system, Blood, Immune system
Combine with: For mood support, a teen could consider (with a pediatrician's guidance) a higher-EPA omega-3 fish oil, magnesium glycinate for nervous system calm and sleep quality, and additional vitamin D if blood levels are low. L-theanine may help with stress and emotional steadiness, and a probiotic may support the gut-brain axis. Lifestyle factors such as sleep, exercise, sunlight, and protein-rich meals matter as much as supplements. Avoid stimulating or herbal mood products like St. John's Wort or 5-HTP in teens unless a clinician approves, due to interaction and safety concerns. Persistent low mood should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.
Possible side effects: No major side effects reported.
