Members Only25 human studies · 21 improved
4 of these 25 human studies gave the ingredient by drip or injection, not by mouth.
No human study has measured adrenal function directly with this formula or its herbs. The best-studied ingredient is Astragalus. Most of its studies measured fatigue instead. Herbal formulas built around Astragalus eased fatigue and improved quality of life in lung cancer patients on chemotherapy [1]. Root extract at 500 mg twice daily lowered lasting fatigue after a coronavirus infection [2]. Much higher doses helped stroke patients [3]. An injected form helped people with advanced cancer [4]. One trial in women with breast cancer found no change in overall fatigue [5]. This product gives 300 mg of Astragalus a day, well below the 1000 mg daily dose that worked in studies. Echinacea raised immune measures but did not change fatigue in one trial [6]. In a small study without a comparison group, it shifted some inflammation markers only in people with low levels of the stress hormone cortisol [7]. Pau d'Arco, Yellow Dock, Mullein and the enzyme blend have no human studies for this goal. The enzyme blend's individual amounts are hidden inside a proprietary blend. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

I found no customer reviews, star ratings or independent professional analyses for Thera-Zyme Spl T6 To T8 in my searches. The results were database and catalogue entries: the NIH DSLD, HelloPharmacist and SuppCo. These list the product's form, count, UPC and, for a sibling Chiro-Zyme formula, its ingredients. None of them carry user commentary. The product appears to be sold mainly through practitioner channels such as chiropractors and clinics. That would explain why public, global consumer feedback on large retail sites is missing or too thin to find. I can't responsibly name themes such as efficacy, side effects, pill size, taste or value, because I found no actual feedback to base them on. Writing them would be fabrication. What the available material does support is limited. It shows a 180-capsule bottle with a serving of 2 capsules, so a bottle lasts about 90 servings. It shows a multi-herb and enzyme formula. It also shows that the brand sells many similarly named region-specific products. Buyers who want real-world feedback could check the seller's own page, practitioner forums, or Amazon and iHerb listings for the Thera-Zyme or Chiro-Zyme names. I did not find any of these during this search.
Biohacker Summary
Members Only5 of 10 recommend it
Seven of the ten panelists spoke about astragalus, the main ingredient, and views are mostly positive with some caution. The most common reasons are immune support, its role as an adaptogen (a herb said to help the body handle stress), and telomere health, with one panelist adding it to chicken soup and another taking it with lunch to help with afternoon naps. Forms mentioned are the root, a tincture, and herbs added to soup, and no one gave a dose except one who said huge amounts act on telomeres and lower amounts work as an adaptogen. Two panelists warn: one says the root can block the breakdown of adrenaline and cause overstimulation, and another stopped taking it regularly and now uses it only when run down, since adaptogens should not be taken all the time. Echinacea is a smaller ingredient in this product, and the panel mostly recommends it for infections, though two warn against taking it continuously.
