Most of the mouth and gum research on these ingredients used rinses, gels or toothpastes placed in the mouth, not swallowed supplements like this one. Two swallowed forms were studied at doses this product meets. In 48 people with gum inflammation, 80 milligram curcumin capsules taken for 28 days reduced gum inflammation and bleeding more than placebo, but did not change plaque [1]. In 75 teenage girls, 0.1 grams of Indian frankincense extract daily for 2 weeks lowered gum inflammation, plaque and bleeding [2]. Reviews found curcumin rinses and gels worked about as well as a standard antiseptic rinse for plaque and gum inflammation [3][4]. However, a curcumin rinse did not prevent mouth ulcers in people with braces [5]. Aloe vera rinses reduced plaque and gum bleeding in several trials [6][7][8]. Some trials found aloe toothpaste no better than regular toothpaste. Glutamine applied in the mouth improved mouth hygiene in hospital patients, but it was not swallowed [9]. Guar gum has no human studies on teeth. This product has no counted reviews. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary
Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
Curcumin is the main ingredient here, and most of the panel recommends or uses it, mainly to calm inflammation and support joints, with some also citing brain, mood and energy benefits. Several favor forms that absorb better, such as a phytosomal form, a nanoparticle form, or curcumin taken with black pepper, and one pairs a well absorbed curcumin with high dose omega-3. A few stay neutral and stress that no supplement replaces sleep, food, exercise and stress care, one says it is not a substitute for other treatments, and another does not recommend high dose curcumin for general use without a doctor's guidance. One panelist advises avoiding curcumin during pregnancy. Glutamine is a smaller ingredient in this product, and those who mention it take it for gut repair, immune support or fewer sugar cravings, with daily doses of 5 grams and up to 15 to 20 grams when sick or traveling.
