Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Dr. Jekyll Nightmare-Blue Razz: Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) with 8-12 oz cold water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise. Mr. Hyde Nightmare-Blood Berry: Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) with 6-8 oz of cold water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise.
