8WeeksOut Adipropen Ultra Review

Adipropen Ultra is a high-stimulant "fat loss and energy" capsule made by 8WeeksOut Labs. The company was later renamed Dominant Nutrition LLC. The label describes it as a "high intensity energy fat loss formula". It is meant to be stacked with another 8WeeksOut product, Oxyvar. The directions are one capsule in the morning and/or one capsule 30 minutes before training. A bottle holds 90 capsules. According to the HelloPharmacist label database, the formula is a proprietary "Chinese Weight Loss Blend". The blend lists caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine), 1,3-dimethylamylamine (DMAA), methylsynephrine and rauwolscine (an alpha-yohimbine isomer). The other ingredients are gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide. The listing gives no amount for any ingredient, so doses are undisclosed. The mechanisms below come from the general pharmacology of these ingredients. I did not find a manufacturer explanation. - **Caffeine:** It blocks adenosine receptors in the brain. This raises alertness and perceived energy. It also modestly raises metabolic rate and the release of fatty acids from fat tissue. - **DMAA:** It is a synthetic sympathomimetic with amphetamine-like effects. It stimulates the release of norepinephrine and blocks its reuptake. That drives up heart rate, blood pressure, focus and thermogenesis. - **Methylsynephrine (oxilofrine):** It is an adrenergic agonist related to ephedrine. It adds to the catecholamine-driven rise in energy expenditure and fat mobilisation. - **Rauwolscine:** It blocks alpha-2 adrenergic receptors. These receptors normally restrain fat breakdown in tissues such as stubborn fat stores. Blocking them is intended to allow more lipolysis, especially during exercise or fasting. Together, these ingredients are meant to raise sympathetic nervous system activity, mobilise stored fat and blunt fatigue. There are serious regulatory and safety concerns. The FDA's October 2021 warning letter to Dominant Nutrition (formerly 8 Weeks Out Labs) named ADIPROPEN ULTRA among the products it was selling. The letter said that marketing such products with drug-type claims makes them unapproved new drugs. The OPSS list of DMAA-containing supplements also includes Adipropen Ultra. The FDA has stated that dietary supplements containing DMAA are illegal. DMAA has been linked to raised blood pressure and heart rate, and to reports of strokes and heart attacks. The product should not be used by pregnant or nursing women. It is also a poor fit for anyone with cardiovascular conditions, anyone on stimulants or MAO inhibitors, and anyone subject to drug testing. It may no longer be sold by the manufacturer.

Study, Trial or Testing Result Summary

Members OnlyHuman studies

Adipropen Ultra lists a single 380 milligram proprietary mix called a Chinese Weight Loss Blend. The label does not say which ingredients are in it or how much of each. Because the blend is hidden, there is no way to know whether any ingredient reaches a dose that has been studied. The store listing names vinpocetine, which may be part of the blend, but its amount is not given. No human studies were found that test this blend, or this product, for weight management in men. There is no trial showing it helps with weight loss, appetite or body fat, and none showing it fails. In short, there is no study support for this goal. The large positive review count shown for the product could not be confirmed as belonging to it, so it cannot stand in for evidence. Members should treat any weight loss claims for this product as unproven. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

I could not find any genuine customer reviews of Adipropen Ultra. No Amazon page, retailer page or forum thread carrying verified user feedback came up in my searches. The product appears to have been sold mainly through the brand's own site and has since been the subject of FDA enforcement. Because of that, I can't honestly report themes such as praise for energy or complaints about side effects. Doing so would mean making them up. The only related feedback I found was for an unrelated product, Adiphene, and I have not used it here. The sources I did find are not reviews: - **Label listing:** It shows a stimulant-heavy proprietary blend, the 90-capsule size and dosing instructions aimed at pre-workout use. - **FDA warning letter (2021):** It treats the product as an unapproved drug. - **OPSS list:** It names the product among supplements containing DMAA. Anyone looking for user experiences would need to check bodybuilding forums or the brand's own testimonials directly. Even then, they should treat the claims with caution because of the DMAA content and the regulatory history.

RAL Summary

Members OnlyTier 4 for Weight and Metabolism for Men

The 21000 reviews at 93% positive cannot be tied to this product, since the review research found no genuine customer reviews of Adipropen Ultra and only feedback for a different product, Adiphene. Its reviews are set aside, so it is graded on its studies alone. Promising, but human evidence is thin and there are 0 reviews.

  • Emerging: not enough evidence to rank higher yet.
  • No human studies on this goal for its ingredients.

Body systems: Metabolic system, Nervous system

Combine with: If the goal is fat loss and body composition, pair this product with protein or whey isolate to preserve lean mass, plus fiber such as psyllium or glucomannan for satiety. Berberine or chromium can support glucose control, and omega-3 fish oil and vitamin D3 with K2 give general metabolic and cardiovascular support. Magnesium glycinate can help sleep and recovery, which affect fat loss. If the user truly wants cellular and DNA repair, they should add a separate anti-aging stack such as NMN or NAD+ precursors, resveratrol or pterostilbene, CoQ10 or ubiquinol, fisetin or quercetin, and alpha-lipoic acid. They should check with a healthcare provider first, especially if on medications.

Possible side effects: No major side effects reported in studies or readable reviews. However, the review research notes that a regulator listed this product among supplements containing a stimulant, and that it received a warning letter treating it as an unapproved drug.
