Chaotic-Labz GlutAbolic Review
This DSLD label page for GlutAbolic Exotic Berry, a Chaotic-Labz powder supplement, presents the product as a glutamine-focused formula for muscle recovery. The label lists a Serving Size of 6.5 grams, which is one scoop, with 40 servings per container and a net content of 260 grams. The Supplement Form is recorded as Powder, the Product Type as Other Combinations, and the Dietary Claims as All Other and Structure/Function. The intended target groups are adults aged 18 to 50 and gluten-free consumers. The product is marketed as an anabolic glutamine formula that uses di-peptide alanyl residue technology, described as a 100% stable di-peptide chemical structure with no liquid degradation. The label claims that the formula completely bypasses the gut to reach the bloodstream, enters the muscle cell directly for recovery, and increases protein synthesis, HGH and nitrogen retention. Other label statements say there is no loading phase, no need to cycle off, no stimulants in the formula, no bio-availability issues, and no G.I. or stomach problems. The suggested use is one scoop 30 minutes before athletic training, followed by another scoop immediately after the workout. The precautions warn not to exceed the recommended dose, state the product is not intended for persons under 18, pregnant or lactating women, or those with serious medical conditions, and advise against combining it with caffeine or other stimulants. The seals listed are cGMP, inspected facility, gluten free and made in the USA. The product is distributed by Bloodline Distribution, LLC of Little Rock, Arkansas. The page is a DSLD government database entry dated 2017-03-24 and marked On Market. No price, customer reviews or star ratings are shown on this page.

Study, Trial or Testing Result Summary
Members Only2 human studies · 2 improved
This product's main ingredient is a 5 gram blend of glutamine, glutamine bound to alpha-ketoglutarate, and alanyl-glutamine. None of the studies provided here tested glutamine in any form. The two trials linked to this record tested something else: a peat and apple extract blend taken at 150 milligrams a day. In one, 25 resistance-trained men who took that extract for 12 weeks while training gained more muscle size and thickness than men on placebo, with no change in body fat [1]. In the other, a trial with the same design, maximum squat and deadlift strength and vertical jump power rose more than with placebo [2]. Because those studies used a different compound, their results cannot be carried over to this glutamine product. No study given here shows whether this glutamine blend helps build muscle, and no customer reviews could be found to fill that gap. For now, the evidence for this product and this goal is thin. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

RAL Summary
Members OnlyTier 4 for Muscle and Strength
Human studies support Glutabolic Blend (2 of 2 human studies showed an improvement), but there are not yet enough reviews to confirm it (0). The final check notes: The two cited studies tested a peat and apple extract blend at 150 milligrams, not the glutamine blend in this product, so they do not support this product.
- Emerging: not enough evidence to rank higher yet.

Body systems: Muscular system
Combine with: For muscle recovery and training support, pair L-Glutamine with creatine monohydrate for strength and power, a complete protein or essential amino acids/BCAAs (especially leucine) to drive muscle protein synthesis, and magnesium and vitamin D3 for recovery and muscle function. Electrolytes can help with hydration. If the real goal is cellular and DNA repair, consider adding evidence-based ingredients such as NMN or nicotinamide riboside with TMG, resveratrol or pterostilbene, CoQ10 or PQQ for mitochondrial support, alpha-lipoic acid and N-acetylcysteine or glycine for glutathione production, and vitamin D, folate and B12 for DNA methylation support. Consult a healthcare provider before combining supplements, especially with medications or health conditions.
Possible side effects: No major side effects reported.
