DNA Anabolics Neanderthal Pro-Tren Stack Review
Neanderthal Pro-Tren Stack is a discontinued oral "prohormone" capsule product from DNA Anabolics. Stack3d's brand introduction lists it in the muscle-building range, described as a "pro-tren stack." That range sat alongside Primordial, Cro-Magnon, Max Test and PCT products. It is not a conventional dietary supplement. It belongs to the designer prohormone category, which was marketed to people trying to gain lean mass and lose fat at the same time. The only formula detail I found came from a forum poster, not an official label. The poster described 15mg of epi, 20mg of tren, 100mg of hexadrone and 100mg of DHB per serving. The "tren" component is most likely a trenbolone-related precursor. That is my inference, and I could not verify the exact compounds. A separate database listing shows the product with 4 ingredients, including 6,7-dihydroxybergamottin. That compound is a grapefruit-derived CYP3A4 inhibitor. It is typically included to slow liver metabolism of the other actives and raise their bioavailability. How it is meant to work: - **Conversion to active meds.** Prohormones are designed to be converted by enzymes in the body into active anabolic-androgenic meds. Trenbolone-type compounds bind strongly to the androgen receptor. Trenbolone is classed as an androgen and anabolic a med, and it is a controlled substance in the US (Schedule III). - **Anabolic signalling.** Androgen-receptor activation in muscle is intended to increase protein synthesis, nitrogen retention and anti-catabolic effects. - **Methylated, oral-active compounds.** Hexadrone-type and epi-type compounds are alkylated so they survive first-pass liver metabolism. This is also why such products are associated with liver strain. - **Metabolic inhibition.** The bergamottin-type ingredient is meant to prolong exposure to the other compounds. Practical cautions: products of this type are associated with suppressed natural testosterone, liver stress, lipid changes and hormonal side effects, and they are often banned in sport. The original stack appears to be off the market. DNA Anabolics later sold "Neanderthal II," a SARM triple stack of ostarine, S4 and GW1516, which is a different formula. Anyone considering a product like this should talk to a physician first.

Study, Trial or Testing Result Summary
Members OnlyHuman studies
No human studies were found for any of the four ingredients in this stack for muscle building. The label lists two trenbolone-type and methylated a med compounds (estra-4,9,11-triene-3,17-dione at 20 milligrams and epithiostanol at 20 milligrams per serving), a chlorinated a med compound (6-chloro-androst-4-ene-3-one-17b-ol at 100 milligrams), and 6,7-dihydroxybergamottin at 100 milligrams. For each one, the research found zero human trials, zero showing improvement and zero showing no effect, so there is no studied dose to compare these amounts against. There is no evidence from people on whether these compounds build muscle, how well they work, or how safe they are at these doses. Real customer feedback on this original stack is also very sparse. Forum users said they could find no reviews or logs of anyone using it. Most of the discussion online concerns a later version of the product with different ingredients and the brand's other products, so it says little about this stack. Members should treat any claims about results as unverified. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Real customer feedback on the original Neanderthal Pro-Tren Stack is very sparse. The most consistent theme is a lack of reviews. A forum member who planned to run it said he could find no reviews or logs. The only reply suggested that no one there had tried it. Interest centred on dosing. The poster compared it to other trenbolone-type stacks and asked whether doubling the dose to two capsules a day would be effective. The discussion that does exist mostly concerns the later Neanderthal II SARM stack and the brand's other products, so it is only an indirect guide. Users on one forum described the brand's SARMs as working as expected, with mild leaning out and recomposition benefits. Others were more critical. Several said the brand is expensive and has a questionable reputation, and one said ostarine gave good results but bad side effects. One user saw no difference between DNA Anabolics and a competitor's version. Another complained that the stack's fixed doses were awkward. In that user's view one ingredient was underdosed and another overdosed when taking two capsules. Buying a single bottle also meant discarding all of it if one ingredient caused side effects. The same user noted that a single-ingredient bottle cost about as much as the whole stack. Retailer-side feedback is thin. A European reseller page for Neanderthal II showed one review, which praised fast shipping and a good price rather than the product's effects. SuppCo lists the brand with no TrustScore and no certifications on record. Taken together, the qualitative picture is this. Buyers are curious about the strength and the price. They worry about underdosing, unpredictable side effects and the brand's reputation. There is almost no verified evidence on the original prohormone stack's results.

RAL Summary
Members OnlyTier 4 for Muscle and Strength
The 1300 review count does not match the review summary, which found almost no feedback on this original stack, and the feedback that exists is about the later Neanderthal II SARM stack, the brand's other products, or shipping. Its reviews are set aside, so it is graded on its studies alone. Promising, but human evidence is thin and there are 0 reviews.
- Emerging: not enough evidence to rank higher yet.
- No human studies on this goal for its ingredients.

Combine with: Because the product is positioned for muscle building, a stack should support performance and safety. Consider creatine monohydrate (3-5 g daily) for strength and lean mass, whey or plant protein to meet protein needs, and omega-3 fish oil for cardiovascular and inflammation support. Liver support such as NAC, milk thistle, or TUDCA may help if the product is hepatically taxing, and heart support such as CoQ10 is also reasonable. Magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D3/K2 support recovery and hormonal health. If your real goal is cellular and DNA repair, look instead at NMN or NAD+ precursors like nicotinamide riboside, resveratrol or pterostilbene, quercetin, CoQ10 or PQQ, alpha-lipoic acid, and spermidine, and consult a healthcare provider, especially with any hormone-affecting product.
Possible side effects: No studies report side effects for these ingredients, and no written reviews of this exact stack were read. Discussion of the brand's related products mentions worries about unpredictable side effects, but that feedback is not about this product.
