Vitamin D is the only ingredient here at a studied dose, at two servings a day. A pooled analysis of 12 trials in Hashimoto's thyroiditis found it lowered thyroid antibodies and raised thyroid hormones [1]. Results are mixed: another analysis found vitamin D alone did not lower antibodies over six months [2], and a 3-year trial in Graves' disease found no benefit [3]. Vitamin A helped thyroid markers in trials at 25,000 units a day [4], but this product gives only 4000 units. Zinc is also far below the 30 milligrams studied [5], and vitamin C is far below the 500 milligrams studied, where a larger trial found no benefit over placebo [6]. Vitamin E alone did not change thyroid hormones in controlled trials [7]. Fish oil at 1000 milligrams did not change thyroid hormones [8], and this product has much less. Chromium picolinate reduced absorption of meds, so take them hours apart [9]. High-dose biotin can distort thyroid blood tests [10]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary
Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
The statements here cover only smaller ingredients in this product, and none of the panel spoke about the main ingredient, so there is no group view on it. Vitamin D drew the most comment, with most of the panel recommending or using it, mainly for immune support, brain and muscle health, fertility, bone healing and general health. Doses ranged from 5000 IU taken in the morning by one person to 10,000 IU a day in winter from another, and a few suggested taking it with dietary fat and getting blood levels tested. Vitamin C was recommended by several people, often paired with collagen for skin and joints, and zinc was used or recommended for testosterone, sperm health, gut lining and immunity, with doses of 15 and 30 milligrams mentioned. One panelist warned that the standard daily intake for vitamin D is far too low, and nobody said they had stopped taking any of these.

RAL Summary
Members OnlyTier 4 for Thyroid Health
Human studies support Vitamin E (6 of 26 human studies showed an improvement), but there are not yet enough reviews to confirm it (0). The final check notes: The tier rests on vitamin E, but controlled trials giving vitamin E alone found no change in thyroid function and its reported improvements came only from mixes with selenium, so vitamin E does not support this goal, though thin evidence and no reviews still place the product at tier 4.
- Emerging: not enough evidence to rank higher yet.
Where the evidence disagrees: 92 of the 156 human studies found no effect.
