Study, Trial or Testing Result Summary

Members OnlyHuman studies

This product contains a 100 milligram proprietary blend of three probiotic strains: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus casei. The label does not say how much of each strain is in the blend, or how many live bacteria a serving gives. Without that, the dose cannot be compared with any studied amount. No human studies on these strains for teeth, gums, breath or mouth health were provided for this review. So nothing here shows that this product helps tooth or gum health, and nothing shows that it fails. No reviews of this S.O Labs product were counted. The feedback found online appears to be about a different ProDentim sold by another vendor, so it says nothing reliable about this product. Until studies on these strains at a stated dose for oral health are available, and real buyers of this product report their results, the evidence for this product and goal stays thin. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Feedback on ProDentim is sharply split, and the split depends on where the reviews were posted. Satisfied buyers, mostly on Walmart and in testimonials, say their gums stopped bleeding during brushing after about a month. Some describe less gum inflammation after two months and brighter-looking teeth after about three. Others say their breath stayed fresh through the day, even after coffee. Several long-term users say a dentist commented positively on their gums or enamel at a cleaning. People also like that it is gentle and easy to fit into a daily routine. Mouthwash users say it avoids the sting of alcohol-based rinses. A few say they had less bloating or better digestion, which they link to the probiotic content. Critical reviews, especially on Trustpilot, centre on the buying experience more than the product. The most common complaints are late or missing deliveries, with some buyers waiting weeks or never receiving the order. Customers describe difficulty reaching customer support, unanswered emails, and slow or hard-to-obtain refunds. Some say they had to escalate to ClickBank. One reviewer reported a very large order that never arrived. Others describe confusing upsell and multi-bottle bundle pricing. One Walmart buyer found the same product for a small fraction of the price quoted by the original vendor. Several Trustpilot reviewers say they suspected the glowing reviews were manipulated. They also say the heavy YouTube and affiliate marketing led them to expect more than they got. A second complaint is that the product did not work. People who took it for three to eight weeks reported no visible change in tooth condition or gum health. Some said they used it diligently for 60 days with nothing to show for it. Promotional articles answer these complaints by saying results take time and the product is not a miracle cure. Some reviewers find that explanation unconvincing, especially because the marketing implies tooth remineralisation and repair. Side effects are generally mild. Most users report none, but a minority mention gas, bloating or stomach upset in the first days, as is common with probiotics. Overall, users who bought through retailers and kept using it for months tend to be positive. Many buyers who ordered from the official site feel let down by delivery, support and refund handling, and by results that did not match the advertising. Note that much of the positive "review" content online is affiliate or press-release marketing, so it is less reliable than verified marketplace and Trustpilot feedback.

Biohacker Summary

Members Only9 of 10 recommend it
9 of 10 biohackers on our panel recommend it

The panel does not name a main ingredient for this product, and every ingredient the seven panelists discussed is a smaller ingredient in this product: three probiotic strains, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus acidophilus. Lactobacillus plantarum drew the most attention, with six of the seven speaking about it, mostly in neutral terms, and they linked it to gut balance, constipation and irritable bowel relief, folate production, mood, and memory; two of them used it in their own studies and one cited a daily dose in a memory study. Lactobacillus casei was recommended by two panelists for immune and natural killer cell function and for helping the kidneys clear urea, but one stopped taking it in yogurt because the effect on sleep was too overwhelming and another warned it can form histamine and trigger hives or allergies in sensitive people. Lactobacillus acidophilus got mixed views, with one panelist recommending it as a strain that can break down microplastics and another warning that it crowds out other good bacteria and can be inflammatory.

Body systems: Oral health, Digestive system

Combine with: For oral health, pair it with vitamin C, vitamin D3 with K2, calcium, and CoQ10, which support gum tissue, bone density around the teeth, and tissue repair. Xylitol or a gentle fluoride toothpaste, along with daily flossing, complements the probiotic by limiting cavity-causing bacteria. Omega-3 fatty acids can help calm gum inflammation. If the real aim is cellular and DNA repair, look to different products such as NMN or NR with resveratrol or pterostilbene, alpha-lipoic acid, and a polyphenol-rich antioxidant like quercetin or astaxanthin, and consult a healthcare provider before starting any new regimen.

Possible side effects: No major side effects reported.
